Additional Setup Time: Each reservation comes with 1 free hour of setup/breakdown time. If additional time is needed, it can be purchased for a fee of $100 for an additional hour per room.

Table Linen: Tables and chairs will be setup according to a client approved floor plan. Table linen is not included with the room rental. Table linen is available starting at $12 per table. Advance notice must be given if table linen is needed. 

Chiavari Chairs/Serpentine Tables/High Boy Chairs: These tables and chairs are rental items and can be incorporated to enhance the look of your event. Chiavari chairs are $5 each, serpentine tables are $20 each, and high boy chairs are $15 each.

Full Event Decor: We have a variety of decor to make your event look spectacular. Speak with one of our representatives about getting a custom quote for our staff to takeover this task for you.  We also have packages on the specials page of our site.

Throne Chairs: We offer white/silver, white/gold, black/silver and black throne chairs. The cost is $100. Throne benches are $175.

Photo Selfie Booth: The fee for the photo booth is $350 for the duration of your event. 


360 Photobooth:  One of the hottest new trends.  The fee is $550 for 3 hours of your event. 

Stage/Risers: We have a stage available upon request. Each 2 x 6ft riser is $30. Please speak with our staff to add this to your reservation.

Projector: The venue has a projector available for you to display memories. The fee for the projector is $75.

Bluetooth Speaker: The venue can provide a speaker to connect to via blue tooth. The speaker also comes with a microphone. The speaker is complimentary but must be requested with the reservation.

Champagne Toast: Our staff can coordinate a champagne toast for your guest. The fee for the toast is $5.00 per person. Glassware will be provided for champagne.

Coat Check: Coat check is available for your guest. The fee for an attendant to open coat check is $75 and your guests will check their coats for free. The coat check attendant will be present for 4 hours. Additional hours are $15 per hour.

Couches: We have wide variety of lounge furniture that can be added to your custom floor plan. Pricing varies.

Sequins Accent Pillows: We have a variety of sequins pillows in different colors that can be used to enhance your decor. They are typically used on throne chairs/benches or on our in-house lounge furniture (couches).


Draping Services: Take your decor to the next level by using our draping services.  Custom draping is great for photo backgrounds ,sweet tables, and more.  Draping starts at $200.


Marquee Letters & Numbers, Shimmer Walls, Champagne Walls, Letter tables, Chiara Walls, and other props and furniture are also available.

Refund Policy

All payments are final and no refunds will be processed.
