Additional Setup Time: Each reservation comes with 1 free hour of setup time. If additional time is needed, it can be purchased for a fee of $75 per additional hour.
Table Linen: Tables and chairs will be setup according to a client approved floor plan. Table linen is not included in the setup. Table linen is available starting at $7.50 per table. Advance notice must be given if table linen is needed.
Full Table Decor: We have a variety of centerpieces, linen, table runners, and chair covers to make your event look spectacular. Speak with one of our representatives about getting a custom quote for our staff to takeover this task for you.
Stage/Risers: We have a stage available upon request. Each 2 x 6ft riser is $20. Please speak with our staff to add this to your reservation.
Projector: The venue has a projector and screen available for you to display memories. The fee for the projector is $75.
Bluetooth Speaker: The venue can provide a speaker to connect to via blue tooth. The speaker also comes with a microphone. The fee for the blue tooth speaker is $50.
Champagne Toast: Our staff can coordinate a champagne toast for your guest. The fee for the toast is $2.50 per person. Glassware will be provided for champagne.
Coat Check: Coat check is available for your guest. The fee for an attendant to open coat check is $50 and your guests will check their coats for free.
Red/White Couches: We have a selection of black, white, and red couches to be added to your custom floor plan. Black couches are no additional charge. Red and white couches are $25 each.
Sequins Accent Pillows: We have a variety of sequins pillows in different colors that can be used to enhance your decor. They are typically used on throne chairs/benches or on our in-house lounge furniture (couches).
